Breath + Energy Activation is a guided journey that weaves together two powerful tools: conscious breathwork and energy activation.

We begin with breath work to soften the mind, expand your awareness, and clear tension stored in the body. Once you're open and receptive, we shift into energetic activation, where your life force rises naturally- bringing release, clarity, insight, and a renewed sense of vitality.
This experience helps you reconnect with your truth, regulate your nervous system, dissolve emotional blocks, and tap into a grounded inner strength you may have forgotten. It's an invitation to meet yourself beyond the noise and return to a state of flow.

Energy Healer
Roo is an intuitive energy healer, breathwork guide, and facilitator of Life Force Activation. His work is rooted in the simple but powerful truth that everything we need already lives inside of us- we only need to remember.
From childhood, Roo felt connected to the elements, ancestors, and the unseen world. What began as a quiet sensitivity later revealed itself as the foundation of his gifts: a natural ability to channel energy, move emotion without holding it, and access states of clarity, peace, and connection.
As he journeyed through yoga, Reiki, breathwork, Kundalini activation, and deep self exploration, Roo began to unlock the energies he had carried long before this lifetime- shamanic, ancestral, angelic and God-source frequencies. His shamanic connection, in particular, has been recognised by other shamans as aligned with the Huachum/San Pedro lineage- the grandfather medicine of the heart. This energy often moves through his voice, which many describe as crystalline, grounded and deeply activating.
Roo's gift is not just the energies he channels, but the way they move through him: clean, open, gentle, and powerful. He holds a field where others can release what is not theirs, shed the identities and patterns they've been carrying so that they can remember their truth, reconnect to their life force, and return to the peace and clarity that already lives within them.
